Fill out this form to apply to be a vendor at our farmers moo-ket on Sunday, November 2nd from 12-4pm. Our vendor fee is based on a sliding fee scale with a minimum donation of $25. There is an additional $10 electricity fee for vendors needing electrical access. All money from vendor fees goes toward caring for our rescued critter residents. The fee scale is as follows and is based on the honor system. We will not be auditing receipts or sales.
Art/Craft Vendors
• $25 flat fee
*plus an additional $10 if electricity is needed
Food Vendors (food trucks, hot food, drinks, baked goods, and packaged foods)
• $0-$500 in sales: $25 fee
• $500-$1000 in sales: $50 fee
• $1000+ in sales: $75 fee
*plus an additional $10 if electricity is needed
To reserve your spot, the vendor fee must be submitted at the time of your application. We no longer accept payments on the day of the moo-ket. Once you complete your application, you will be redirected to Donorbox to submit your vendor fee. You will receive an informational email about things like set-up logistics approximately 1 week before the event.
Our spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are approximately 35 spots available, and the application will close once all spots are filled. If you do not get a spot at this market, please email us to be added to our cancellation list.
